My experience was not great. This was the most awful experience I’ve had at a dentist office. The same thing has happened to me twice. A gave them a second chance to get it right. But after today I am done with Aspen Dental. I don’t see how you can overlook a patient for almost two hours before you finally recognize them, and then try to do something else the patient didn’t even request. I went there for one thing and that was to get my teeth clean. This is really poor customer service. Thank for not caring.

I am so very pleased with my full set of dentures. Everyone went out of their way to expedite things. Only 2 visits and on the third I had my teeth. I went back today for an adjustment and again friendly helpful people. I would definitely recommend
