I have been a patient of this office for 2 years now and have always had a positive experience. From my first visit everyone was so welcoming and nice and explained every step of the way, putting my dental anxiety to ease. Dr Thielen truly cares about his patients and it shows with his chairside manner. He is competent, thorough and focuses on a comprehensive approach. Ashley the hygienist is so gentle my gums never hurt or ache after a cleaning! Destiny, Jenny and Carlos make xrays fun and easy even with my gag reflex. Which I always dredded before, plus they are digital which is way less radition. They also scan everything inside of goopey yucky tasting impressions, which again is way better when you have a gag reflex. Daniel the OM always helps explain and manage the finances and treament in laymens terms making it all a flawless experience. Unfortunately I had to go in for a rootcanal today and was a little timid because you always hear horror stories about rootcanals. Dr Snee the endodontist was absolutely amazing. He was so gentle, I feel asleep during the rootcanal! Dr Snee has impeccable attention to detail and was able to find an extra canal that is usually rare to have. It was the most easiest and painless dental appointment I have ever experienced. Thank you for getting me out of pain, painfree.
