What an amazing experience! I originally went to the office just looking for a regular cleaning, but after a thorough full exam, they informed me about a periodontal condition I had never even heard of before. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Ale, the hygienist, was exceptional—patient, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took her time not only to perform the procedure with great care but also to explain every step, showing me exactly what was happening and why it mattered. Her professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Dr. Diaz was equally outstanding—warm, attentive, and extremely thorough. She explained my treatment options clearly, without rushing, and made sure I understood everything. Her approachable nature and expertise made me trust that I was in the best possible hands. After completing my treatment, I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else.
