I went in because I needed a tooth pulled. The office manager , Lisette Roperto, was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. It was so very busy and there was just her. No one to help her. She did her best and said she would call me back with information. She called me that evening to tell me to call the next day. Well I did call but it took me 5 calls to get through. When I did, I got an appointment for 8:00 am the next day. She took good care of me then. I was there for quite a while Because she couldn’t even come up for air she was so busy. The phones were ringing off the hook and no one else in the office answered to help her. Ridiculous. She was wonderful at her job Aspen should be ashamed not having enough help. It was too much overload for her. Carolyn W.

I went to see the professionals at Aspen Dental for a referral for periodontal work. I brought a lot of information from another (out of network) dentist so that we might avoid any duplicity with things that had been done previously. The staff and doctors were extremely friendly and helpful, and I look forward to using them for ongoing family dentistry items.
