Aug 1 update on my implants. I visited Aspen dental today with several issues that were causing some pain with my temporary implants. Dr King was ready to hit the ground running and he was able to rectify most of the problems and next week will finish the rest. Still feeling very positive about the implants I have received and can't wait until the finals are placed in Nov of this year. Thank you Dr King and your staff of great people. Well got the temporary implants on June 10th. Procedure took about 4 hours and I now have a great new smile. Dr King and his dental assistant did a great job. Just can't wait till I get the permanent teeth. Currently on pain meds. Thanks Aspen great job. My Visit Today 05/20/2025 Spent about an hour today getting information on Full top and bottom Implants. I have 17 teeth currently in my mouth and it's time to replace them all. Stephanie and Dr King did a great job laying out how the procedure is done. I'm actually looking forward to a mouth full of teeth that never get cavities or crowns. The price discussed while it was sort of like purchasing a new car. The price was very competitive compared to other dental practices in the area. It was a great visit and I can't wait to write about the end result. Thanks My most recent visit on 9/17/2024 Well the freezing waiting room is back again. I would guess the temperature is around 70 degrees and a very cold draft pours down on the incredibly comfortable chairs. The fix is just so simple. The room has 3 very large air diffusers that pour out the cold air. They just need to have the airflow adjusted and there will be two benefits. First patients will no longer be freezing in the room and the AC system will be more efficient through out the building saving energy costs. I hope someone at the practic reads this message and takes action. Such an easy fix. I love all the people at Aspen Dental and they have always taken such good care of my dental needs. My only reason for posting this complaint is to make it an even better place to visit. I had a crown pop off of my tooth and the staff was great putting it back in. What a relief it is. Thanks Aspen Dental. I have deducted two stars because the two drinking fountains in the lobby are both broken and the water in them is luke warm and terrible to drink. They have not worked in over 3 years. This is very important to a senior citizen taking lots of meds with constant dry mouth. No one seems to care about them. The office staff are wonderful people and I highly recommend this office but bring your own water to drink. Raising the ratings. The lobby now has 2 working water fountains. 1 working TV monitor. Some of the most comfortable chairs you will ever find in a medical office. AC is no longer freezing in the waiting room and the current staff is the best I have seen at this location. Last visit was perfect. Thanks

All the office was the best!!!! And they speak Spanish!!!

I was very nervous when I got there but after they called my name and I went through the x-rays I was ok. And after the doctor checked out my teeth and he still yold me I had a beautiful smile, then I felt real good. And when it came tome to talk about money I got nervous all over again until the secretary kept tapping on that computer and said the magic words I was good to go. I love ASPEN DENTAL
