Today was my first visit to AspenDental located at 1415 Governors Square Blvd Tallahassee, Florida 32301. I have been to many different dental clinics and walking into them the overall energy would oftentimes increase my anxiety levels all the way through while others would have wanting to get out of there quickly! Here at Aspen I was extremely nervous 😩my PTSD was on high which is normal when going to a new environment not to mention my anxiety levels was high due to being treated poorly by other doctors/dentists offices! And so I had no expectations; until I was greeted with a very nice smile from the receptionist Courtney M; soon after which I was ushered into the X-ray 🩻 room with the friendly smile from the technician (Sam) who patiently waited until I took out all of my piercings! Then the dentist came in to examine and speak 🗣️ with me about what was happening with my teeth 🦷 and the various treatment options that I had available! After which I was seen by two sweet amazing hygienist Sarah and Randi who went over my mouth/teeth 👄 and discussed what treatments is best for my oral health. Final step was discussing my payment plan and options with Alicia the financial consultant. This was the best experience I have had with a dental office in a long while! Thank goodness I followed my instincts! I often tell people/companies/businesses the best way to keep customers happy is by how you and your company/team/employees treat them! I will save my coins to travel anywhere if I am treated like I am a human being! I will provide further proof and reviews during this process as my treatment journey continues💜
