I scheduled my visit due to severe tooth pain as a result of a broken tooth. When I arrived I was greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile and the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. There were several steps that needed to be taken prior to the actual reason I came, but I do believe they were much needed in my case. The whole team at the Pooler office were wonderful. They made me feel as if they had known me for years. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very caring. This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental and I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Patel is amazing. She is very good at her job and she operates with her heart not just with her hands. She was able to take care of my tooth pain and removed my tooth working around her already busy schedule. All the staff were very professional, knowledgeable. My oral plan was formulated and a financial plan was put in place for me to be able to get my oral concerns completed. I know the time line and cost to get my oral health where it should be. Lastly, the facility and equipment is very clean and organized. I am a happy, returning customer for sure!!
