I had 2 visits to aspen dental the first time for partial and tooth extraction, and the 2n2 for full dentures. In the end a great review, with cautions regarding communication. The first visit; I had 3 sessions to get my new dentures, each visit was a pleasure, the staff were great, the tooth extraction was painless, and my dentures fit great. the doctor and staff were exceptional in their commitment to great service ! I had a great visit, the service was exceptional and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I have no negative input about my visit... thanks aspen dental ! The second visit; I I compared them with affordable dentures and implants which they were a little more expensive but the reviews and my research showed aspen dealt with issues better. First of all, my dentures fit great, and the service was exceptional in all areas during getting the full denture set. They are actually very comfortable well fitting and seem very durable. So that is the positive part of the review. Secondly, which is partly positive and partly negative as a cautionary warning, I was quoted an incorrect price when I purchased which they tried to bill me for more money. When I complained, they dropped the extra charges very graciously. The second issue is, I was told that I was buying a temporary set which I would keep and then get a full set. That is a permanent set in six months. When the six months came due, they told me my temporary set would be turned into my permanent set, which I complained. That's not what they said I paid for and they said that that is not true that I paid for that economy set. I contacted corporate and explain the situation and explained the previous miscommunication on cost and corporate spoke with the office and they gave me another set of dentures so that in the end, I have my temporary set that they turned into a permanent set and another full set so that I have a back up set, which is what I thought I purchased to begin with. So in the end, they very much did a great job in dealing with that miscommunication, which was a miscommunication on the part of the sales person at the front desk and the writing on the receipt that designated exactly what I paid for. So there was some miscommunication, and there was a slight bit of hassle dealing with that miscommunication, but in the end they came through and provided me with the price I negotiated and the dentures I negotiated regardless of the communication. I am very grateful and very thankful for the wonderful service provided in the wonderful dentures that I do have and they did make me very glad that I did research on them and chose them because of the professional way they dealt with the problem with communication regarding the cost and what I was paying for in the end. The product and service was very good. The communication was an issue so beware of that and be cautious of that. But in the end they did right and fulfilled what I expected.
