Dentists in Palatine, IL

First of all, I’m a giant baby when it comes to the dentist. I have to give 100% praise to Aspen dental in Palatine Illinois on Dundee. Secondly, a huge shout out to the two ladies in the front office from the girl who sit at the reception desk to the girl who helped me with my financing. They understood my fear my concern and made me feel just amazing. I can’t even describe it. Last and not least, my dentist and the assistant I could not have asked for a better team of people to take care of me. Today was one of seven appointments and I hope to post again when this is all over to let you know how the full experience was but I have to recommend anybody looking to start off. I would definitely recommend this place. Having a dentists that hums to music was amazing she felt confident in doing what she does best and calmed me! I would like to give a personal shout out to the dental assistant who helped my dentist He definitely has potential and has a dream to be a dentist and as an educator myself if he decides to keep pursuing that career good things will come from him and I hope he knows that. His bedside manner making you feel comfortable was just an amazing feeling, and most people do hate the dentist, but I felt comfortable finally. I also almost forgot my hygienist who took care of me the other day so gentle so sweet and I wish I could name all the people who help me again but thank you Thank you, Aspen Dental Team.

I have a phobia about dentists. Each person took time, explained what they were going to do and then asked periodically during the procedures how I was doing. It was a pleasant encounter and would heartlty recommend them to anyone.

Caitlin was very sweet and helpful! Super nice assistant took good care of me during my x rays! Everyone that took care of me was excellent.
