My husband went in for his appointment yesterday and it took longer than expected because the doctor that was there last year isn't there anymore. My husband was frustrated because of this but things turned around quickly. We were directed to speak with the office manager before we left. The lady walked up to us and she was very friendly, she smiled big and asked that we speak with her in her office. We talked about what we were looking for and our wait time. It was a great experience talking with Brandy the office manager at this office. She was honest and she listened to us. I appreciated that and we will be back next week.
