Dental crown in Ashland, KY

Great customer service. The technician was very nice and the doctor too! They both explained everything in detail, they went over my estimate with me. They also set up a plan as to what my procedures were gonna be and gave me appointments and a booklet with all my information in it! They are an extremely busy office(Ashland, KY) and I think they would do well with more dentists. Their doctors are overbooked and people usually have to wait and they cannot even do walk-ins. They're so busy! If I had to complain about anything it would be that. Appointments are spaced out because of this. I was getting my dentures and I had to wait a long time Which I should've gotten them within a week or two at least that's what they advertise!
