I visited Aspen Dental today for a checkup and to get ready for a cleaning before my braces go on this coming Tuesday. From start to finish, the staff was professional, kind, and efficient and helped accommodate with my tight schedule. Jazmina handled my X-rays and was excellent at keeping me comfortable and checking that nothing hurt. Emma completed a 3-D scan, walked me through what we were looking at, and clearly explained what would happen next. Chace, the hygienist, reviewed my X-rays with me, explained the procedure step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Sperduto stopped in afterward and was very personable (fun fact: he noted his name is Italian for “lost”) and helped confirm the plan. Finally, Colin Garrett, the office manager, was great with billing, payment options, and helped squeezing me in for a Monday appointment so I’ll be ready for braces on Tuesday. I really appreciated how the entire team listened to my situation (classes and work) and worked to accommodate me. Five stars… highly recommend them.
