Rich is always very personable and attentive to all my questions and concerns I may have! He is also knowledgeable about how best to care for my teeth with personalized advice! After a year of coming here, just from some simple brushing and flossing suggestions by Rich, my teeth and gums have completely healed up and been maintained between cleanings! Definitely come here and ask for him as your hygienist :)
I had such a great experience here at Aspen in Saugus. The team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was helped by Renee the office manager, Rich the dental hygienist, Dr. McDougall and Nicollette the dental assistant. They were all great. I highly recommend this office.
