I came here due to extreme pain and they assessed and resolved many long term issues. I am apprehensive and stressed out about dental work but they made me feel comfortable. This office works very well together like a sports team. I’m sure days get stressful and you’re in close quarters but you can tell they have each others back and are patient centric, above all. Clinical: Dr. Cheeks provided great workmanship for my surgery Dr. Buford provided great education and gentle procedures Dr. Jasmine was very astute with my crown Elizabeth was very informative and talented Amesha was new and handled me with the utmost care and professionalism, given a uniques concern I had Madison and Ashley were staff I had brief encounters with and they were great Business office: Ihsaan, the office manager is a fantastic operational leader. I noticed small things such as his willingness to jump into whatever is needed, for the sake of timely and helpful patient care and he sets the tone. He is also astute at explaining the financial expectations Taysha and Yari (wrong spelling) should be commended as front desk office staff. Handling inbound calls, patient walk up’s with patience, organization and ease. And let’s not forget patient or patient family “emotions”. I liked the thoughtful waiting area with coffee, water, refillable water for your water bottle, coat/umbrella racks, phone charger and comfy modern chairs. The clinical area is very clean and high tech. I like that this is franchise/chain supported and it didn’t lessen my experience of care, emotionally or clinically and it increase those things in my opinion. I’ve talked to staff I private practice and sometimes there is different vibe that impacts patients negatively when you “work for Dr. so and so” vs “work for Aspen dental, a company” same thing with the doctors. Your Aspen Dental doctor has more accountability to others due to the franchise/chain concept vs private practice is just the doctor as the tone setter. As far as cost, I appreciated that they let me know all options I have for services. I felt informed and consulted not pushed. This is also located in a fantastic location on the hill in Allen Park with stores and restaurants around. So give the place a try for yourself.

I like Aspen they were very professional. They were very diligent in what they did. They explained every step that they took and why they were doing the steps. Also, I have never been able to view my diagnosis myself.
