Great experience getting my tooth extracted. Doctor was very nice and explained all options as well as what to expect for procedure. Bree was awesome 😎 and helped me relax for the procedure by talking to me about shoes and getting my mind off what was happening. Thank you Bree 😁

To be fair, I started to talk and ask questions to a operator/customer service ( lady ) and I flat out hung up on her. BUT I didn't judge battle creek by this lady and I'm glad I didn't! They were fantastic with my walk in panic attack of a problem. Mr. D was extremely helpful along with the rest of the ladies at the front desk along with the tech that took care of my problem and I'm grateful!! I have one more none emergency that I'll be following up with them as well because of this. I walked out tonight with a smile and a sigh of relief because of these awesome people. Thank you!!

fantastic staff Gabby and all of them were fantastic... Definitely a good place to get those teeth checked...
