What a fantastic first experience! The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. They patiently walked me through everything, answering my many questions and making it through my dumb jokes, with clear, easy-to-understand answers and a few chuckles. They laid out all the possible avenues I could take and gave me coherent monetary breakdowns for each. It's so refreshing to get that level of clarity. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
