Very great service today, I’ve been having problems with my wisdom teeth. The new office manager was extremely understanding when it came to the pain I was in and why I wanted a sooner appointment rather than days out. Extremely satisfied!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental on Carpenter Rd. My boyfriend and I were able to get same-day new patient appointments, and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. She was polite, professional, and made us feel welcome. We were first greeted by the X-ray technician, she mentioned she was filling in from the Allen Park office and she was excellent. Even though she wasn’t in her usual location, she was friendly, calm, and clearly knew what she was doing. The dental hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) was also wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable before I met with the dentist. She did a great job with my teeth, and I’m looking forward to seeing her again for future visits. Dr. Z was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and informed throughout the appointment. After having a poor experience with a previous dentist, this visit was a huge relief. I also want to thank Cheikh in the financing department. When I saw the total cost, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but he was incredibly patient and understanding. He helped me through it without any pressure. Overall, this office and staff are truly excellent. I’ve never experienced a dental office with such advance technology, and it made a big difference in the quality and comfort of the visit. I highly recommend Aspen Dental on Carpender Rd. They treat you with care, respect, and professionalism from start to finish.
