This is my 1st visit and I must say the entire visit was welcoming and caring!! I loved the vibe and energy of each person who I encountered. This will be my new Dentist! Y’all need to check them out! STOP!! I highly recommend that you are not a patient or interested. So yeah! I only had one side of teeth cleaned! I was excited to start this new dental jorney!! I decided to get the loan because ik I couldn't afford to 1,600 for de dental work.1st appointment went well, 2nd appointment I was suppose to received 2 extrications and a filing, didn't happen because the numbing meds didn't work. I had to reschedule for when the surgeon was there!! Never happened , I had to reschedule 3xs!! I'm like wtf! I was told that I verbally confirmed, although I confirmed on the phone and through email as well. I missed work on two different days. So I demanded them to remove me from their service! And to have Loan 1600 refunded, why this scamming """ ppl told me that the deep cleaning was 1100.00 yes one of my mouth service was 1100.00!! I figure they were going to tax me, I canceled their services but I didnt know it would be 1100.00 THE REVIEWS ARE LIES!!! DONT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU TOO!! I was going to leave a review, BUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!! 🛑 caution ⚠️

My experience at aspen dental was great. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I felt very comfortable being there and I love how they treat and take care of you dental needs. From walking in the door to sitting in the dental chair and leaving was a thumbs up 👍🏽 they explained everything so that it would be clear to understand. I felt like I was appreciated and not just someone coming in for dental work ❤️❤️ also I want to personally thank Dr. Travis, Danielle, Amaya’s, Aliyah, the front desk receptionist and Ms. Rossland/financial advisor for everything. The first appointment until my last appointment was great because I was treated nice. Thank you aspen dental ❤️❤️ #aspendentalstaff#amazing
