My first impression was that the office had a pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist was genuinely nice and helpful with my needs regarding the paperwork (or lack of), not at all "put out." The hygienist, Matthew, easily put me at ease with his calm, personable manner and willingness to try a different approach for my x-rays. His exam was very gentle. He was informative and kind when explaining answers to my inquiries. The office personnel had a good rhythm; each step of my visit was smooth and efficient. Dr. Michelle made me feel as if I was in capable hands for my upcoming procedures (and I don't dread them quite as much). My very last stop at the office was with the financial planner, a very nice gentleman who explained everything about my financial plan, and what my insurance coverage will be in detail. He was very informative (without scaring me to death! He not only printed everything out, but took the time to go over the information in detail with me. I left the office feeling much lighter than when I got there. That's big.
