I had already been fitted with partials on my bottom teeth but on vacation I bit down on a piece of pizza crust and my partial cracked completely in two pieces!! When I got home Sunday I waited until Monday morning to call Aspen and tell them what happened. They had to look and do some maneuvering but they asked me to come in as a walk in and they would see what they could do. I waited around an hour and a half which wasn’t bad. The dentist came in and examined me and said she thought the lab could repair them and they wanted me to come back on Oct 1st for a new set. I forgot to mention I was leaving town for 10 days on October 5th, so timing through this whole process was crucial. They pulled through for me and I am very grateful!!! Now I can smile and eat on my trip!! Thanks Aspen and all the staff!!
