Dental bridge in North Conway, NH

Fast! One of the most pleasant Dentist appointment I have ever had. Very little pain involved for a tooth extraction at the last minute.

I broke a crown on a Thursday evening. My regular dentist office is closed on Fridays and I didn't want to wait until Monday to be able to contact the dentist about it. I was able to book an appointment online for Friday morning. They evaluated me and said that I was safe to wait until Monday when I could contact my primary dentist. They never pressured me to switch dental offices. Later, when I got a bill for $88, I called to clarify whether they had submitted to both my primary insurance and my secondary insurance. The woman I spoke with was so patient to answer my questions and took extra time to research my exact benefits so that she could give me a clear answer. I am well acquainted with medical billing and insurance because I am a cancer survivor, and I have had to call many many offices because something looked off about a bill. Usually, as was the case here, it's that I just didn't fully understand my benefits, though sometimes it's that there is an error in the processing which is why I call. This was easily one of the best interactions I have had with anybody when I am called to clarify a bill. If I didn't love my primary dentist so much, I would switch in a heartbeat.
