Dental bridge in Massillon, OH

From the time I went into the office until I left it was the most pleasant dental appointment I have ever had. The office was opened ahead of time, decorated for fall and even smelled wonderful! The receptionist greeted everyone with a "Good Morning" and I was greeted by my name and told I was already checked in. Then I was greeted by Meghan who took me right back to the dental chair who carefully rolled me in my wheelchair asking me if she was going too fast so she didn't roll over my feet. She asked if I needed help into the dental chair as all Aspen assistants do and then she listened to my concerns. She relayed them to the dentist - Dr. Popa What a treasure! Dr. Popa took his time and explained what was going on with my implant posts. He described what needed done & why, had x-rays taken so he could see what was going on to be certain, and then showed me the x-rays! He arranged for the oral surgeon who originally implanted the post that did not heal as it should have to be replaced. He prescribed an antibiotic to clean up any infection and a stronger version of Motrin for the pain I have been experiencing in the area since the last procedure was performed and best of all assured me he would be able to complete the implants once the posts had healed in 3 months. I then had the pleasure of meeting the Office Manager Katarina. She scheduled me for the necessary treatment in less than a week's time! She offered to wheel me to the door but I said if you just point me in the direction I can manage. She got up away from her desk escorted me to her doorway and showed me the direction. What a lovely young woman to do so as busy as she must be! Finally, on my way out every staff person I passed said "Goodbye and have a good day!" I am telling you I am still smiling! Thank you so very much!!

Wonderful service 🩷 Cat (office mgr) guided me kindly through everything!! Very detail oriented. Makayla (dental assistant) was wonderful And sweet. The doctor was Great too and I am looking forward to returning! Thank you to aspen dental 🦷
