Great customer service. I had gotten dentures 4 years ago. Never had a problem with them. Staff always willing to help. I needed to go back because silly me lost my bottom dentures. Dr Dax is a wonderful and caring dentist. He listened to me. He remembered pulling all my teeth out 4 years ago.It was like seeing old friend. In 10 days I will have my bottom dentures. Most places are having people wait 3 to 6 weeks and that's no guarantee they will be done then..I highly recommend Aspen dental Ontario office and am so very glad I picked them again. Never think that cheap is better. You get what you pay for.

Wonderful staff great service can get a better place than this. Very professional and patient staff never feel rushed. Every step was explained and I feel Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful. I had a dental phobia which is not as much now

This was my second visit over a period of time. Staff is friendly, caring, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. This appointment fit my needs in a timely manner, and wait time was minimal. They have state of the art equipment. The dentist went above and beyond to provide important details on my current needs. All services that are necessary, as well as the associated fees, are fully communicated well in advance; there are no surprises. Highly recommend this Aspen Dental location in Ontario, OH.
