When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Alicia. I had questions about insurance and the procedure and she couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a denture repair. I recently moved to Massachusetts and didn't yet have a dentist here. And since they were not in my insurance network, I was concerned but the explanation and the service, from beginning to end, were top notch and NO HIDDEN COSTS! Within 90 minutes, they examined me and sent my denture in to repair. And I was on my way home. The man who repaired them was wonderful. They came out with no signs they were ever broken in two pieces and they fit like they did when they were new! I couldn't be happier. I only wish they were in my insurance network because I would go there for all my dental work. So a special shout-out to the very gracious Alicia, Victoria, Jerilyn and Dr. Cho. Everyone there made for a wonderful experience. Im going to close by giving Aspen Dental in N. Smithfield,RI a Great BIG BRAVO! 👏👏👏👏👏!! Well Done!👍
