I believe it’s true that you really can’t give an honest review until you see how a business handles a problem. Aspen dental, specifically the stand in manager for the day Chris who came from another location, had gone so above and beyond for me that I am in tears. I needed to have a frenectomy or tongue tied surgery (simple but hard to find a provider to do it) & a deep cleaning. My frenectomy apt had been cancelled last minute so to a miscommunication on payment. Someone dropped the call and gave me the wrong info & said I could pay in person same day. I had taken off work for this as the surgery limits speech for a few days etc. so it was a big deal to me. Anyway, it’s about how the conflict is handled right, because mistakes happen. I’ll be honest, I was hysterical. I had been waiting to get this surgery perhaps my whole life & I was angry and rude on the phone to Chris. He never got defensive & said he’d do what he could. I understand how many strings he must have had to pull to rework me in & the surgery and cleaning were successfully done today. I am so beyond grateful. The oral surgeon (forgetting his name but he was amazing& highly competent) and his assistant Becky were phenomenal. The hygienist (blonde with amazing tattoos!) was so kind to me & cleaning was the least painful I’ve ever had. Thank you Chris & team for bending over backwards to reconcile the situation. These are truly good people working here that are as kind as they are talented & I will drive to go to them from Savannah any day!!!

The staff was very kind and attentive. I really appreciated their patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what was happening and what my choices were.
