The front desk staff member welcomed me politely and handled my information with care. From that point on, Ashley was by my side every step of the way. She brought me back, performed the initial “MRI” of my teeth, completed the x-rays, and captured detailed video images. She also assisted throughout my procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed. Dr. Mills provided a clear overall assessment and thoughtful recommendations, and Dr. Dwyer carried out the dental work with Ashley’s attentive support. At checkout, Courtney explained my treatment plan thoroughly, scheduled upcoming appointments, and reviewed post-procedure instructions.
