I went through a journey with Aspen but they made it right in the end. I initially came to Aspen due to a broken partial that I needed repaired or replaced. My consultation revealed that more work was needed for the upkeep of my oral health, to include extractions and a full denture. Not having insurance at the present, I knew I would need to pay out of pocket, which, who has thousands for unexpected dental or medical. The staff was able to assist me with getting financed at an affordable rate and scheduled me quickly for my procedure. Getting a full denture is scary. My initial denture was not what I was expecting and after a month of trying to work with it, having weekly adjustments and just being angry, I reached out for help. The entire staff, including outside lab techs and management, got a plan together and I was able to get my life and most importantly, my smile back. Adjusting is still a process, but I am thankful for the work put in to address my concerns, even if it took some time. I am looking forward to future follow ups and I can confidently say the Aspen staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction through this difficult adjustment.
