My youngest son was seen at this Aspen Dental Office. The front desk team members and the dentist were friendly and professional. The office is inviting and clean The dentist had alot of patience working with my son who has a special need. The dentist was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental for a person with and without special needs. And if there is an issue that needs to be addressed, which was the case with one particular appointment I had made for my son. If you reach out to the office and with the mindset to seek a resolution and solution the office team, will do the best they can to assist with a positive outcome. I would advise one to ask prior to treatment, how much it will be for the exam and x-rays. Because in my sons case the cost for this was almost $600 and MetLife insurance paid very little on it . So we still owe the clinic money and for someone like us on limited income it was a larger bill than was expected for X-rays and exam. But again , I should have asked prior to treatment how much it was going to cost. The patient care provided to my son while he was in that dental office was Topflight Five stars easy. And Aspen Dental earns the Golden Seal of Customer Approval.
