Rachael, the hygienist was amazing. She was educational and engaging with the care provided.

First visit and i was nervous, but every employee at the puyallup clinic was very nice, professional and caring. From the receptionist on. Jen operations lead is so good at her job n considerate and made me feel she was there to help me. She wasn't pushy I had lost a tooth off a partial plate n was there just for that. But the service they gave me was new patient check up. Dr Amy Li very nice and respectful. Shebfound on the xrays I had a cavity my other dentist never told me I had. Shocked and I was told need to get it out. Jen worked with me run the cost 3 ways with my insurance and I got to decide which way I wanted to move. I went back later in the evening n had hygiene process done. Rachel the hygienist is super good at her job and was respectful of me and cared how I was doing threw the whole cleaning. It was refreshing to be treated so kindly. Next Monday I will have the bad tooth removed. This is a very welcoming and friendly, professional dental clinic. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care. I give this clinic 10 stars 🌟
