"I've had dreadful experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. B and her team, including office manager Shanda, have been a game-changer. They assured me I'd be smiling again in no time. My first appointment was a cleaning, and thanks to anesthesia for my sensitivity, it was pain-free. When Dr. B determined a tooth extraction was necessary, I was terrified. However, she reassured me and made the process seamless. She administered three shots, and I didn't feel a thing! I'm now a believer in her expertise. I had been to a different location for my first dentures years ago. I was extremely unhappy, and never went back. Here it is years later and I had an emergency. I went to the Brookfield location this time, just because they could squeeze me in. I was totally blown away by the staff. They were amazing, listened to my concerns, addressed my finances, totally a different experience. While I’m not done yet and have to go back a few more times, I’m confident I will be happy. Can’t thank them enough.
