Dear Aspen Dental Patient Relations, I received your request to submit a review regarding Dr. Amer Sbeih. I am unable to provide a review because I never received any dental treatment from him. Accordingly, I have no personal experience with his professional skills, qualifications, or clinical expertise that would enable me to provide a fair and informed assessment. On two separate occasions, I requested clarification regarding Dr. Sbeih’s professional qualifications, including whether he is a qualified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, his experience performing dental implant procedures, and the length of time he has practiced implant dentistry. My requests were never answered. As a patient considering potentially irreversible dental procedures, including extractions and dental implants, I believe I was entitled to receive this information before making any treatment decision. I was also concerned by the financing arrangement presented to me. I was told that I could spread the cost of my treatment over 12 or 16 months with zero interest. However, I was not clearly informed that this arrangement required applying for a “new credit card “ issued by a financial institution/bank. I already have a credit card that I have used for years and had no intention of opening another credit account. I had not proceeded with any dental treatment because I wanted sufficient time to evaluate the proposed costs, obtain answers to my questions, and seek a second opinion from another specialist. Nevertheless, a credit card account was opened in connection with the financing arrangement, even though I did not understand that I was submitting a separate credit card application. I first became aware of this issue on October 22, 2026, when I received an email from a bank stating that a new credit card would be mailed to me. I did not personally complete or knowingly authorize any paperwork or application for what was presented to me as Aspen Dental’s 12- or 16-month payment plan. I was therefore surprised to learn that the arrangement had resulted in an application for a new credit card without my informed consent or knowledge. These events have seriously undermined my trust in Aspen Dental. Consequently, I have decided not to proceed with any dental treatment at your facility and to terminate my relationship with Aspen Dental. Before receiving the bank’s email, on October 18, 2026, I canceled online the appointment scheduled for April 21. Please understand that my inability to review Dr. Amer Sbeih is not a judgment regarding his clinical abilities. It reflects only that I never received treatment from him and that my requests for information about his professional qualifications and experience were not answered. I request written confirmation that Aspen Dental will not initiate or authorize any further dental treatment, procedures, appointments, or charges in my name, and that I will not be contacted to reconsider treatment. I also request a “written”explanation and resolution of all outstanding matters related to the financing arrangement, including the credit card application that I did not knowingly authorize. Please preserve all records relating to my appointments, treatment discussions, financing communications, applications, authorizations, and account activity. If Aspen Dental contends that I authorized the credit card application or any related transaction, please provide copies of all documents and records on which that contention is based. NOTE: I do not wish to discuss this matter by telephone. All further communication must be provided in writing.
Dr Amer was very gentle and patient with my care.Dr Amer made me feel safe and very comfortable, He is the best dentist I've experienced in a while.
I’ve been going to this Aspen Dental Care at Town Center for about a year! This year 09/22/26, was my first time meeting the dentist Amer Sbeih, DDS,DMD after having problems with my implants dentures since 4/2026 this year and I had a light stroke and was out of commission, was able to make appointments to have my implants dentures fixed and Amer Sbeih, was able to adjust them so they would fit. I feel like they are working properly but they still need some more work done! But overall the New dentist doctor Sbeih is very good helpful and willing to help his patients and is willing to satisfy his patient because he cares. Keep up the excellent service. Hope you stay at this location at Town Center Jacksonville, Florida

Born and raised in Dubai, he moved to the United States in 2016 to pursue his educational and professional goals. Dr. Sbeih earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sbeih enjoys playing and watching soccer, a lifelong passion that reflects his energy, teamwork, and dedication. His diverse background and patient-focused approach allow him to bring a unique, thoughtful perspective to dentistry and patient relationships.
