Dr Rodriguez was very caring and professional in listening to my concerns. I was very pleased with her. Dr. Rodriguez extracted a tooth for me that had been painful. She extracted it the same day. She made me feel very comfortable and I thank her very much.
Usually I don't enjoy the dentist visit, but there was something about this place that calmed my nerves quite a bit. Easy check in process and was kept in the know every step of the way. Which I do appreciate highly. Then when it came to what all I needed done over the course of time Nathalia was very sweet and knowledgeable. Put my needs first while also giving her expert opinion on how to keep my wonderful smile. 5 STAR all around.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My porcelain veneer had cracked, and I wanted to have the broken piece bonded back in place. I was initially told the checkup would cost $29, which I paid. After explaining the reason for my visit, I was told there would be an additional $175 charge, which I also paid. However, once I was in the dental chair, the dentist Nathalia Rojas told me she would not do the repair and that I needed a treatment costing $7,500 instead. She seemed rushed and was already leaving the room. I had to ask repeatedly before she finally agreed to bond the broken piece back in place. Her service lasted for a few hours, next day I went to another clinic and the dentist had empathy with the situation and did the right job and fixed my broken veneer. It took him 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the repair was handled. The broken piece and my tooth did not appear to be properly cleaned before bonding, and excess material was left on my teeth and in my mouth afterward. Rather than taking the time to address my immediate concern, I was directed to the front desk to discuss pricing for the much more expensive treatment. I understand that a more extensive treatment may be recommended, but I expected a professional explanation, proper care, and a willingness to help with the issue that brought me in. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the focus was more on selling an expensive treatment than helping a patient. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
